Welcome to NS Live Spiritual Radio.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our website, listen to our internet radio service, interact with our programmes or use our associated digital services.

By using our website or online radio services, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

1. About NS Live Spiritual Radio

NS Live Spiritual Radio is an independent, internet-based Christian radio project operating on a nonprofit basis.

We broadcast exclusively online, providing Gospel and Contemporary Christian music, biblical teaching, sermons, inspirational programmes and messages of faith, hope and encouragement to listeners in the UK and around the world.

Our programming is free for listeners to access and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our internet-based radio service.

NS Live Spiritual Radio is not itself a registered charity. The term “nonprofit” describes the basis on which the project operates and should not be understood as representing a separate registered charitable or governmental status.

2. Internet-Based Broadcasting

NS Live Spiritual Radio is an online-only radio service.

We do not operate as a traditional terrestrial AM, FM or DAB radio station. Listeners access our broadcasts through the internet using compatible websites, devices, applications or streaming services.

An internet connection and compatible device may be required to access our programming. Any internet, mobile-data or other charges imposed by your service provider remain your responsibility.

3. Use of Our Website and Services

Our website, internet radio stream and associated digital content are provided primarily for personal listening, information, Christian encouragement and general non-commercial use.

Users must not deliberately misuse our website or digital services, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with our internet stream or use our original content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

4. Music and Third-Party Content

NS Live Spiritual Radio broadcasts music and other material created and owned by third parties.

We do not claim ownership of third-party music, sound recordings or other copyrighted material where those rights belong to artists, songwriters, record labels, publishers or other rights holders.

Music featured through our internet radio programming is intended to provide listeners with Christian entertainment and encouragement while helping promote and introduce the work of Gospel and Christian artists.

All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

Access to our internet radio stream does not give listeners permission to copy, download, record, redistribute, rebroadcast or commercially exploit third-party music or other protected material.

5. NS Live Spiritual Radio Content

Unless otherwise stated, original station branding, written articles, programme descriptions, station announcements, graphics, promotional material and other original content created for NS Live Spiritual Radio remain the property of NS Live Spiritual Radio or their respective creators.

Such content should not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without appropriate permission.

6. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Some programmes, announcements, promotional materials, graphics, written content or other media used by NS Live Spiritual Radio may include AI-generated or AI-assisted content and voices.

These technologies may be used as creative tools to communicate announcements, information, promotional messages and other station content.

We aim to use such technology responsibly and transparently.

7. Christian Teaching and Presenter Views

Our internet radio programming may include sermons, Bible studies, discussions, interviews, articles, presenter commentary and contributions from ministers, churches, guests and other individuals.

Views expressed by individual presenters, contributors, ministers or guests may represent their own views and do not necessarily represent the views of everyone associated with NS Live Spiritual Radio.

Christian teaching and commentary provided through the station are intended primarily for general faith-based information, encouragement and discussion.

They should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other specialist advice.

8. External Websites and Digital Platforms

Our website may contain links to or embedded content from third-party websites and services, including artists, churches, ministries, social media platforms, video platforms and other online services.

NS Live Spiritual Radio does not control independent third-party websites and cannot accept responsibility for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms of use.

Users should review the relevant terms and privacy policies when accessing external services.

9. Nonprofit Operation and Financial Support

NS Live Spiritual Radio operates as an independent nonprofit Christian radio project.

The project is not operated for private profit.

Where financial support is received, it is intended to contribute towards the operation and continued development of the project, including internet broadcasting, streaming, programming, technology, equipment, administration and outreach.

Financial support does not provide ownership of or editorial control over NS Live Spiritual Radio unless expressly agreed separately in writing.

10. Availability of Our Internet Radio Service

We aim to make our internet radio programming available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

However, because NS Live Spiritual Radio operates exclusively through internet-based technology, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website, radio stream or individual programmes may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, changed or suspended because of maintenance, internet connectivity, server or streaming problems, third-party service interruptions, technical difficulties, licensing requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Programme schedules and content may also be changed without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Listener Responsibility

Listeners are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate internet access, compatible equipment and any necessary software required to access our online services.

Users are also responsible for the information they voluntarily provide when communicating with NS Live Spiritual Radio.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

We respect the privacy of our listeners and website visitors.

Information concerning how personal information may be collected, used and protected is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions when using our website and internet-based services.

13. Changes to These Terms
