At NS Live Spiritual Radio, we respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit our website, listen to our online radio service, contact us, submit information or interact with our digital platforms.

1. Who We Are

NS Live Spiritual Radio is an independent, internet-based Christian radio project operating on a nonprofit basis.

We broadcast exclusively online, providing Gospel and Contemporary Christian music, biblical teaching, sermons, inspirational programmes and messages of faith, hope and encouragement to listeners in the UK and around the world.

Our programming is free for listeners to access, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

NS Live Spiritual Radio is not itself a registered charity. The term “nonprofit” describes the basis on which the project operates and does not represent a separate registered charitable or governmental status.

2. Information We May Collect

You do not normally need to provide your name, email address or other personal details simply to listen to NS Live Spiritual Radio.

However, we may receive personal information when you voluntarily:

• submit information about a Christian event, ministry or community activity;

• participate in a station programme, promotion or activity;
• provide financial support to the project, where such facilities are available.

The information received may include your name, email address, contact information and any other details you choose to provide.

Our website or service providers may also automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, general website activity and cookie information.

3. How We Use Your Information

Where appropriate, information may be used to:

We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

Where UK data protection law applies, we will process personal information only where there is an appropriate lawful basis.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Consent — where you have given us permission to use your information for a particular purpose;
• Legitimate interests — where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, protect or improve NS Live Spiritual Radio;
• Contractual necessity — where information is required in connection with an agreement or service you have requested;
• Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or process information by law.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable.

NS Live Spiritual Radio does not sell your personal information.

We do not provide personal information to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

Information may be shared with or processed by trusted service providers where reasonably necessary for the operation of our website, internet radio stream, communications or other digital services.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Christian programming may be suitable for listeners of different ages. However, our website and online services are not designed to intentionally collect unnecessary personal information from children.

Children should obtain appropriate permission or assistance from a parent or guardian before submitting personal information through our website or contacting the station online where appropriate.

11. How We Protect Personal Information

We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect personal information under our control against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or inappropriate disclosure.

14. Financial Support

Where NS Live Spiritual Radio provides a facility for listeners or supporters to make financial contributions, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

NS Live Spiritual Radio should not normally receive or store your complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled directly by an external payment provider.

The payment provider’s own privacy policy and terms may also apply.
